Hanmi Financial Declares Cash Dividend of $0.11 per Share
LOS ANGELES, March 20, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:HAFC) ("Hanmi"), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.11 per share, up 57.1% from $0.07 per share in the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on April 14, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015. Though the payment of cash dividends remains subject to review by the appropriate regulatory authorities on a quarterly basis, we have received regulatory approval to pay the first quarter dividend.
