Item 5.02(b).

On October 2, 2007, Michael Winiarski, Chief Financial Officer of Hanmi Financial Corp. and Hanmi Bank submitted his resignation in order to pursue other business opportunities. Mr. Winiarski’s resignation will take effect on October 5, 2007.
