Hanmi Financial Declares Cash Dividend of $0.07 Per Share

LOS ANGELES, Dec. 19, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:HAFC) ("Hanmi"), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2014. The payment of cash dividends remains subject to review by the appropriate regulatory authorities on a quarterly basis.
