Hanmi Financial Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend By 20%

LOS ANGELES, April 29, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hanmi Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: HAFC) (“Hanmi”), the holding company for Hanmi Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on its common stock for the 2021 second quarter of $0.12 per share, up 20% from $0.10 per share in the prior quarter. The dividend will be paid on May 27, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 10, 2021.
