Note 6 — Goodwill The Company had goodwill with a carrying amount of $11.0 million at March 31, 2026 and December 31, 2025. The Company performed an impairment analysis in the first quarter of 2026 and determined there was no impairment as of March 31, 2026. No triggering event occurred as of, or subsequent to March 31, 2026, that would require a reassessment of goodwill. |
